2. Facility Usage

2.3. Members must clean and return equipment to its designated place after use.
2.4. Aarogym reserves the right to restrict access to facilities during maintenance, special events, or
unforeseen circumstances.
3. Health and Safety
3.1. Members are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in physical
activities.
3.2. Aarogym is not liable for injuries or health issues arising from the use of our facilities or
services.
3.3. Members must immediately report any broken equipment or safety concerns to staff.
4. Personal Belongings
4.1. Members are encouraged to store personal belongings in lockers. Aarogym is not responsible for lost,
stolen, or damaged items.
4.2. Any items left behind will be stored in lost and found for a limited period before being disposed of
or donated.
5. Conduct and Behavior
5.1. Members must treat staff, trainers, and other members with respect at all times. Harassment, abuse, or
disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
5.2. Members must follow all posted rules, including those related to equipment use, class participation,
and facility cleanliness.
5.3. Aarogym reserves the right to terminate membership for violations of these terms or inappropriate
conduct.
6. Classes and Personal Training
6.1. Class schedules and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2. Personal training sessions must be booked in advance and may be subject to cancellation or
rescheduling policies.
6.3. Unused sessions or classes are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.2. Members must not record or photograph other members or staff without their explicit consent.
8. Liability and Indemnity

8.2. Members agree to indemnify Aarogym against any claims arising from their use of the facilities,
services, or equipment.

9.2. Continued use of Aarogym services following changes to the Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance
of the updated terms.
